DRAGONBALL: THE FIRST CHAPTER Episode 1.0 Secret of the Dragon Balls Bulmas search for six more Dragon Balls leads her to a remote valley and to Goku, who is in possession of one of the balls. Their relationship gets off to a rocky start, but after Goku saves Bulmas life, the two join forces in search of the remaining five Dragon Balls. They had better take care, for an evil force also seeks the Dragon Balls Emperor Pilaf! Episode 2.0 The Emperors Quest Without realizing where they are, Bulma and Goku camp near Skull Valley, a foreboding land where one of the Dragon Balls lies hidden. Emperor Pilaf dispatches his henchmen to recover the ball, but they and Goku run into each other and a pack of ravenous wolves. Who will emerge the winner? Episode 3.0 The Nimbus Cloud of Roshi As a token of appreciation, Master Roshi presents Goku with the Flying Nimbus Cloud a magical flying cloud that can be ridden only by someone pure of heart. He gives Bulma an orange bauble that he wears around his neck, a seemingly worthless stone that had watched up on the beach. It turns out that this bauble is in fact a Dragon Ball. Unfortunately for our friends, Emperor Pilaf and his aids Mai and Shao are also after this same Dragon Ball and now they know that Bulma has it. Episode 4.0 Oolong the Terrible Bulma and Gokus search for the Dragon Balls takes them to the remote valley where they encounter Oolong, a shape-changing monster who is terrorizing Aru Village. They are promised a Dragon Ball by the local townspeople if they can defeat the fierce monster. Can our heroes possibly defeat this wily creature? Episode 5.0 Yamcha the Desert Bandit Bulma and Goku continue their quest for the Dragon Balls with Oolong (Bulma brought him along thinking his shape-shifting abilities might come in handy). But the next Dragon Ball lies beyond the Diablo Desert. Oolong is terrified, for he knows that the Diablo Desert is home to Yamcha, a fearsome bandit who possesses the awesome power of the Wolfs Fang Fist. Can our friends make it through the desert to their destination? Episode 6.0 Keep an Eye on the Dragon Balls While Bulma, Goku and Oolong recover from the ordeal of acquiring five Dragon Balls, Yamcha and Puar try to steal them out from under their noses so that Yamcha can obtain his own grandiose goal. But theyre not the only ones after the Dragon Balls! Oolong wouldnt mind having the Dragon Balls. And Emperor Pilafs henchmen are closing in as well. Episode 7.0 The Ox-King on Fire Mountain The search for the sixth Dragon Ball leads the Dragon Ball Team to Fire Mountain, home of the dreaded Ox-King. They arrive at the base of the mountain, but the scorching Eternal Flames prevent them from reaching the castle at the summit and the Dragon Ball within. To make matters worse, Ox-King appears to ward off the intruders. Will our heroes be able to capture the sixth Dragon Ball? Episode 8.0 The Kamehameha Wave Master Roshi, who appears to be a wise but feeble old man, reveals that he is a master of the Kamehameha an ancient and formidable force. The power, which he channels through his hands, creates a wave of tremendous destruction that can topple mountains. Episode 9.0 Boss Rabbits Magic Touch Bulma and Gokus search for the Dragon Balls takes them to a remote village that is being terrorized by a villainous gang the Rabbits. Before long, Goku and the Dragon Ball Team come face to face with two of the Rabbits, and Goku must fight to protect his friends. Can he protect them from the surprises Monster Carrot has in store for them? Episode 10.0 The Dragon Balls are Stolen! The Dragon Ball Team races toward the seventh Dragon Ball. Little do they know their enemies await them. Can Emperor Pilaf be stopped from gathering the last of the Dragon Balls and making his evil wish? Episode 11.0 The Penalty is Pinball The Dragon Ball Team escapes their prison to search for Pilaf and the Dragon Balls. Their freedom is short-lived, however, for the Dragon Ball Team stumbles into another one of Pilafs treacherous traps a giant pinball machine! The Team runs a desperate race through the maze of corridors. What hope can be left for the Dragon Ball Team as they try to stop Pilaf from gaining his evil wish to rule the Earth? Episode 12.0 A Wish to the Eternal Dragon Just as Emperor Pilaf is about to make his wish, Goku leads the others in a successful escape attempt. Are they in time to prevent the Emperor from seizing control of the world? And just what does happen when Goku sees the full moon? Episode 13.0 The Legend of Goku Goku is exposed to a full moon. Transforming into a huge, alien gorilla, Goku goes on a rampage, attacking friends and foes alike. Can Bulma, Yamcha and Puar return Goku to his normal self without hurting Goku and while also avoiding Emperor Pilafs army? Episode 14.0 Gokus Rival With the Dragon Balls are once again spread across the face of the Earth, the gang has split to pursue new adventures. While Bulma, Yamcha, Oolong and Puar struggle through the desert after their plane crashes, Goku flies to Master Roshis island to learn Martial Arts! But another boy is also anxious for lessons. Will Master Roshi agree to train them? Episode 15.0 Look out for Launch! While in town on an errand to prove their worth to Master Roshi, Goku and Krillin rescue the young woman Launch. They bring her back to Roshis island where they discover her mysterious and enigmatic situation. On one hand, she is a sweet- mild-mannered brunette who wouldnt hurt a fly. But wait till you see her sneeze! Episode 16.0 Find That Stone Master Roshi takes Goku and Krillin to begin their martial arts training on a jungle island. Krillin cheats to beat Goku in the heated rivalry and wins, but soon has to pay a heavy price for his actions. Episode 17.0 Milk Delivery As part of their training, Goku and Krillin must delivery milk to a person who lives high up on a mountain. It sounds simple, but soon they are crossing deep ravines and dangerous deserts, wading through swift, powerful rivers and running for their lives from voracious dinosaurs. And thats before breakfast! Episode 18.0 The Turtle Hermit Way Goku and Krillins training continues as they till the ground with their bare hands, dodge a swarm of angry bees and swim with sharks. Can Goku and Krillin survive the training to prepare for the World Martial Arts Tournament? Episode 19.0 The Tournament Begins The greatest warriors from around the world are gathered to battle one another in the greatest martial arts tournament ever. Can Goku and Krillin make it past the Elimination Round to participate in the World Martial Arts Tournament? Episode 20.0 Elimination Round The tournament is in full swing as Yamcha, Goku and Krillin all vie to become one of the eight finalists. Who will make it past the Elimination Round to compete in the World Martial Arts Tournament? Episode 21.0 Smells Like Trouble The final eight competitors draw lots for their match-ups in the World Martial Arts Tournament. Krillin draws the first match, against an unusually repulsive oaf named Bacterian. It will take some innovative strategy to beat this monstrous man. Episode 22.0 Yamcha versus Jackie Chun The final matches continue with Jackie Chun defeating Yamcha and knocking him out of the tournament. But there is something mysterious about Jackie Chun. What could his secret be? Episode 23.0 Monster Beast Giran Goku is set to fight the fierce warrior Giran. He manages to ward off Girans powerful attacks until Giran takes Goku by surprise. Suddenly defenseless, how can Goku get out of this mess and win the match? Episode 24.0 Krillins Frantic Attack! Jackie Chun and Krillin square off in the semi-final match. Unable to match Jackie in brute strength or speed, Krillin must use his wits. But is this enough to win the battle and just who is this mysterious Jackie Chun? Episode 25.0 The Fearful Aerial Karate Raid! Goku fights Nam, the poor farmer who has entered the tournament so that he can use the championship money to buy water for his drought-stricken village. But Nam is more than just a farmer and they wage an incredible battle. Only one of them can win and advance to the finals. Episode 26.0 The Great Finals! The final bout begins between Goku and Jackie Chun. Its a huge battle between master and student with only one winner! Episode 27.0 Goku in the Biggest Crisis The final match between Goku and Jackie Chun rages on for hours, the fighters matching technique for technique even as the sun begins to set. Jackie resorts to his fearsome World Surprise Attack. Goku is about to concede defeat when the sight of the newly risen full moon catches his eye. Anything can happen now! Episode 28.0 Crash! Force versus Force! The tournament has turned serious with Jackie Chuns titanic Kamehameha Wave that has destroyed half the arena and perhaps Goku with it. But no the Kamehameha Wave was aimed at the moon not Goku! The winner of the Tournament will be decided not by Kamehameha Waves and transformations but by hand-to-hand combat. The fight rages on for four hours. Will Goku or Jackie Chun emerge champion of the World Martial Arts Tournament?
			THE SAIYAN SAGA A strong, powerful Saiyan warrior, Raditz comes to Earth originally to look for Goku, his brother. Angry and intolerant, Raditz can't understand why it has taken so long for his little brother to destroy the helpless humans. Ruthless like all the Saiyans, Raditz plays on Goku's emotions lying to his confused brother to avoid being destroyed. The minute he is saved however, he instantly turns on Goku. His last words reveal that two even more powerful Saiyan will be coming to earth in one year in order to destroy it. And, unfortunately, his Scouter (technologically advanced eyepiece which gives location and power rating of opponents) transmits information about the Dragon Balls to the Saiyans. Episode 1.0 The Arrival of Raditz The Saiyans are a race of alien warriors who crave destruction. They have sent their mighty warrior, Raditz, to the Earth to search for his younger brother, Kakarot, and to finish the job his brother neglected - to destroy all traces of human life on the planet! Raditz confronts Goku, one of the Earth's greatest defenders, and shocks everyone by revealing that Goku is really Kakarot with amnesia! Raditz commands Goku to accept his heritage and attack the Earth. When Goku refuses, Raditz kidnaps Goku's son Gohan an commands Goku to destroy 100 Earthlings by the next morning to save his son's life. Episode 2.0 The World's Strongest Team Still reeling from the shock, Goku suddenly finds help from an unlikely source... his arch-enemy Piccolo! Despite their differences, they both realize that they must team up if they want to have a chance against Raditz. However, once their battle against the Saiyans has begun, it becomes obvious that, even together, they are not powerful enough to challenge Raditz! Gohan is left alone to survive for six months, while Piccolo watches over him from afar. On the night of the first full moon, Piccolo witnesses an incredible scene as Gohan becomes a gigantic ape! Episode 6.0 Gohan Makes a Friend Gohan gradually gets used to living in the wasteland, even though he misses his parents. One day, he helps an injured dinosaur and the two become friends. Later, Gohan's new friend is attacked by another evil dinosaur! See if Gohan can save his new friend! Episode 7.0 Trouble on Arlia The evil Saiyan warriors Nappa and Vegeta are getting closer to Earth, eager to gather the seven Dragon Balls and realize their wish for immortality. On the way to Earth, the two warriors decide to stop by planet Arlia to have some fun. Watch out because fun to a Saiyan warrior means destruction Episode 8.0 Home for Infinite Losers Goku has fallen off Snake Way into the land of no return. There, two ogres give Goku a test; they promise that they will show him the way back to Snake Way if he wins a competition against them. Episode 9.0 Princess Snake's Hospitality A selected group of warriors have gathered at the top of Korin Tower. There they will prepare them for the Saiyans. Meanwhile, Goku reaches the end of Snake Way only to fall into the treacherous hands of the beautiful Snake Princess. Episode 10.0 Escape from Piccolo Gohan misses home very much. One day, hes escapes the wilderness, but his handmade boat is wrecked in a storm. Gohan is saved by orphan children on an island and makes some new friends. When he almost reaches home, Piccolo reminds him of his mission: to save Earth! Episode 11.0 Showdown in the Past Earth's warriors, Krillin, Tien, Chiaotzu and Yamcha, are training at Kami's lookout, but get frustrated at the speed of their training. Kami's assistant, Mr. Popo, instructs them to know themselves to become stronger, and to learn about their enemy to defeat it. Mr. Popo sends their spirits to the virtual reality of the Pendulum Room, where the warriors experience the overwhelming power of the average Saiyan. Then they learn the terrible reality that the two Saiyans who are approaching Earth are twice as strong! Episode 12.0 The End of Snake Way Gohan is continuing his training under Piccolo. One night, Gohan suddenly transforms to a giant ape again and attacks Piccolo! Piccolo discovers that a moon image is projected from Goku's old Saiyan space pod and Piccolo must destroy the pod before Gohan destroys him. Meanwhile, Goku finally reaches King Kai's small planet at the end of Snake Way. There, Goku finds that he must train in gravity that is ten times stronger than Earths. Episode 13.0 A Fight Against Gravity...Catch Bubbles! After Goku passes King Kai's test to make him laugh, the training begins. Goku's first task is to catch King Kai's pet monkey, Bubbles, in a gravity that is ten times stronger than Earth's. King Kai tells Goku that the planet Vegeta, the Saiyans homeworld, had the same gravity as his place and that the two saiyans who are on their way to Earth are even stronger than King Kai Himself! This test rienforces Gokus determination to train even harder to defeat them. Episode 14.0 The Legend of the Saiyans Goku's next task in his training is to hit Gregory, a super fast grasshopper, with a heavy hammer. King Kai is amazed to see how quickly Goku can conquer the gravity and decides to teach him the ultimate techniques called 'Kaio-Ken' and 'Spirit Bomb'. One day, King Kai reveals more to Goku about his Saiyan heritage. Goku learns that the planet Vegeta had vanished and he is one of he only four Saiyans that survived. Goku will have to confront the rest of the surviving Siayans soon. Episode 15.0 Black Day for the Planet Earth Goku completes his training under King Kai and is ready for the battle against the Saiyans. While Goku hurries back on the Snake Way to Earth, the evil Saiyans, Vegeta and Nappa, finally land on Earth and launch a diabolical wake-up call for the planet. They first sense the power of Piccolo and Gohan and proceed to them. Their purpose is to find the Dragon Balls and make their wish - immortality. Can Earth's Special Forces hold out until Goku arrives? Episode 16.0 The Battle Begins...Goku Where Are You? Vegeta and Nappa reach Piccolo, Gohan and Krillin. Vegeta recognizes Piccolo as the one who told Raditz about the Dragon Balls before finishing Raditz off, and then reveals that Piccolo is an alien from the planet Namek! The Saiyans then grow plant monsters, called Saibamen, to fight Earth's warriors first, just as Tien, Chiaotzu and Yamcha arrive to help! Episode 17.0 The Saibamen Strike The Earth's Special Forces show their newly developed power in their battle with the plant monsters known as the Saibamen. Unfortunately, the Saibamen are only a prologue to the real battle against their creaters- the evil Saiyans, Vegeta and Nappa. Episode 18.0 Nappa...The Invincible? Nappa powers up and picks Tien as his first prey. Chiaotzu tries a sneak attack, but Nappa's enormous power prevents anyone from helping Tien. Piccolo plans a new attack, but will it work on one who seems invincible? Episode 19.0 Tien Goes All Out! Tien uses all of his powers to help Piccolo and Krillin attack Nappa, but Nappa continues to dominate the Earth's Special Forces. Just as Nappa is about to finish off Piccolo and Krillin, Vegeta calls a three hour break to see if Kakarot (Goku) will show up. Where is Goku? Episode 20.0 Time's Up!! When the three hour truce ends Goku has not arrived, so Nappa resumes his devastating attack. Suddenly everyone senses that Goku will arrive soon. When Vegeta discovers that Goku's power level is at least 5000, he orders Nappa to finish off the remaining three warriors before Goku arrives! Episode 21.0 The Return of Goku Nappa defeats Krillin and fires a massive power blast to finish off Gohan. Piccolo saves Gohan by sacrificing himself, but this also sacrifices Kami and the seven Dragon Balls necessary to wish everyone back alive! Gohan is enraged and uses all of his power to avenge Piccolo, but Nappa is too strong. Luckily for Gohan, Goku finally shows up. Episode 22.0 Goku Strikes Back Goku arrives and surprises everyone with his new power. Vegeta orders Nappa to retreat, but the enraged Saiyan attacks Kriliin and Gohan instead. Goku stops Nappa by using his new Kaio-Ken technique, and the injured Nappa pleads to Vegeta for help. The powerful Saiyan shows his ruthlessness by blowing up Nappa instead! Now it is time for the showdown between Goku and Vegeta! Episode 23.0 Goku vs. Vegeta...A Saiyan Duel Goku must how face Vegeta, the prince of the planet Vegeta, the strongest Saiyan warrior, and a villain so ruthless he destroyed his own partner, Nappa, for being injured. When Goku's double Kaio-Ken attack fails, Goku breaks his promise to King Kai and uses the triple Kaio-Ken. Vegeta becomes so angry he decides to blow up the Earth Episode 24.0 Vegeta...Saiyan Style! Vegeta realizes that 'Kakarot' is stronger than he expected, so he uses the ultimate strategy - transforming to a giant ape. Goku is in great danger! On the way to Master Roshi's, Gohan and Krillin sense Goku's crisis and hurry back to help him. Meanwhile, Goku decides to try his other new technique, the Spirit Bomb. But does he have enough time to gather the energy!? Episode 25.0 Stop Vegeta Now!! As the giant ape almost crushes Goku, Yajirobe manages to cut off its tail! A furious Vegeta now attacks the other three warriors, while Goku tells Gohan to fight against Vegeta to give Goku a chance to give the Spirit Bomb to Krillin. As Vegeta corners Gohan, Krillin throws the Spirit Bomb at Vegeta! Episode 26.0 Battle's End Even after getting hit by the Spirit Bomb, Vegeta is still alive! Although he is injured and weak, Vegeta seems still too strong for the Earth's warriors. Just as Vegeta is about to finish off Gohan, Gohan's tail grows back again! Gohan then transforms to a giant ape and starts attacking Vegeta!
FREIZA SAGA Episode 27.0 A New Goal... Namek! The damaged Vegeta leaves the Earth, promising he will be back to destroy everyone. Goku wants to bring the other Earth's warriors, but the Dragon Balls don't exist any more on Earth! Krillin remembers that the Saiyans had said that the Dragon Balls could be found on the planet Namek, so Mr. Popo and Bulma go to find out if Kami's original spaceship will still work. Episode 28.0 A Journey to Namek Kami's spaceship is reconstructed and ready for the long journey, so the Dragon Balls search crew -Bulma, Krillin and Gohan- takes off to Namek. At first, they enjoy a nice ride, but all of a sudden they are attacked and captured by a mysterious spaceship run by refugees! Meanwhile, the injured Vegeta travels back to his army base to recover. Episode 29.0 Friends or Foes?! Bulma, Gohan and Krillin are captured by a mysterious group of militant, heavily armed refugees on the way to the planet Namek. At first, the refugees accuse the trio of being the henchmen of the evil Frieza that destroyed their home planet. However, when the Earthlings help in a dangerous situation, the refugees allow them to continue on their journey to the planet Namek. Episode 30.0 Hunt for a Dragon Ball On the planet Namek, Bulma, Gohan and Krillin begin the adventurous hunt for the Dragon Balls with the help of two Namek natives. On the Earth, Goku starts his training early even though he has not yet healed, while far away in the universe, Vegeta rests in the recovery room at one of Frieza's bases. Episode 31.0 Who's Who? Just as Gohan and others are about to find all of the Dragon Balls, the two 'Nameks' reveal their true identity! The Earthlings are in big trouble! Meanwhile, Vegeta finds out that Frieza has already left for the planet Namek to search for the Dragon Balls. Quickly, Vegeta also takes off to Namek! Episode 32.0 Touchdown on Namek After escaping two vicious aliens, Bulma, Gohan and Krillin finally arrive on the real planet Namek. Their joy doesn't last long, because soon they see Vegeta's space pod flying over them, with a second space pod following it! Yet, they don't even know the worst part: Frieza is already on Namek searching for the Dragon Balls! Episode 33.0 Face Off On Namek One of Frieza's assistants senses the power of Gohan and Krillin, and sends a reconaissance party to investigate. The scouts break into the space ship, but Gohan and Krillin beat the scouts easily. Meanwhile, Vegeta is challenged by his long time rival, Cui. However, Cui is no match for Vegeta, who has increased his power level. Episode 34.0 The Ruthless Frieza When Frieza and his troops pass by, Gohan and Krillin sense the great power from Frieza! To make matters worse, Frieza has already collected four of the seven Dragon Balls! On Earth, Goku instantly recovers thanks to a Senzu bean, but when he learns Gohan may be in trouble, he hops on a space ship to rush to Namek! Episode 35.0 The Nameks Versus Frieza As Goku continues his long journey to Namek, Gohan and Krillin watch as the Nameks struggle to defend their planet from Frieza's henchmen. Frieza is continuing his search for the fifth Dragon Ball, and will stop at nothing to get it. Episode 36.0 Escape From Dodoria Frieza's henchmen threaten a Namek child during their search for the Dragon Balls, but Gohan and Krillin become enraged and rescue the child. They soon find themselves pursued by Frieza's henchman Dodoria, but they manage to give him the slip. Episode 37.0 Secrets Revealed Vegeta intercepts Dodoria who hopes that Vegeta will spare his life if he reveals that Frieza destroyed the Saiyan home planet! Vegeta decides to destroy Dodoria anyway, and then begins to search for Gohan and Krillin. When he cannot locate them, Vegeta decides to search for the Dragon Balls instead. Meanwhile, Gohan and Krillin locate Bulma who tells them that Goku will reach Namek within the week! Episode 38.0 A Collision Course Goku struggles to fix his ship during his trip to Namek, and barely avoids getting barbecued! Vegeta beats Frieza to the Namek village containing the fifth Dragon Ball and he takes it for himself. Episode 39.0 Stay Away From Frieza Piccolo and the others reach King Kai's and begin their training. On Namek, Frieza's henchmen continue their search for the Dragon Balls while Gohan and friends learn about the eldest Namek. Krillin soon sets out to find the last Dragon Ball, but Vegeta decides to amuse himself at the expense of Zarbon. Episode 40.0 Zarbon Transformed Vegeta surprises Zarbon with his increased power, but Zarbon returns the surprise by transforming into an incredibly powerful monster. Zarbon then attacks Vegeta and appears to destroy him. Episode 41.0 The Eldest Namek Dende takes Krillin to the eldest Namek where the ancient Namek leader uses his special power to increase Krillin's potential. Now, it will be up to Krillin to prevent the 7th Dragon Ball from falling into the hands of the evil Frieza! Episode 42.0 Get Vegeta! After defeating Vegeta, Zarbon returns to Frieza's space ship. There, Frieza becomes enraged that Zarbon came back without Vegeta who knows where one of the Dragon Balls is hidden. Zarbon is sent out to retrieve Vegeta and put him in a recovery room. Episode 43.0 Vegeta Revived Once Vegeta recovers from Zarbon's pounding, he fools Frieza and Zarbon and steals their five Dragon Balls, Vegeta senses Krillin's power and begins to follow him, but he is being followed by Zarbon! Episode 44.0 A Heavy Burden As Goku continues his journey to Namek, he continues his heavy gravity training. Unfortunately, his space ship gets hit by a magnetic storm and the gravity machine goes out of control. What can Goku do when he gets crushed by the most extreme gravity he has ever experienced? Episode 45.0 Immortality Denied Zarbon challenges the rejuvenated Vegeta, but is easily crushed by Vegeta's increased power! Next Vegeta threatens Krillin and Bulma until he gets the 7th Dragon Ball that the eldest Namek gave to Krillin. Krillin hopes Gohan finds the other Dragon Ball, so that Vegeta cannot make a wish! Episode 46.0 Big Trouble for Bulma When Gohan returns with the last Dragon Ball, Krillin takes him to see the eldest Namek. Meanwhile, the Dragon Ball rolls into the lake, forcing Bulma to use a capsule submarine to go get it. However, this will be no simple retrieval! Episode 47.0 Scramble for the Dragonballs Krillin and Gohan are traveling to the Eldest Namek, but they fail to notice that Vegeta has begun to follow them! Meanwhile, the Ginyu Force is approaching Namek on a mission from Frieza... Episode 48.0 Arrival of the Ginyu Force Krillin and Gohan reach the Eldest Namek's hideout just as Vegeta catches up with them.
